Faculty is again in session! To rejoice, here’s a nut-free granola bar recipe that may simply even be made gluten-free and is prepared in 20 minutes! No baking required! These granola bars are excessive in fibre and have some protein too. Pack them for a recess or after faculty snack, or pair them with some protein (like a tough boiled egg or Greek yogurt) and a few fruit within the morning for a fast, filling breakfast!   • 1 ½ cups rolled oats (licensed gluten-free if vital)

  • 1 cup rice crisp cereal

  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds
