PREP TIME: 5 MINUTES + 4 – 6 HOURS OF FREEZING TIME
- 1 half of cups plain do-it-yourself yogurt
- half of cup milk, or milk different
- 1/Four cup do-it-yourself jam
- half of cup granola or favourite cereal (elective)
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/Four cup recent blueberries
- 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
- 1/Four cup recent strawberries, sliced
- 1/4-1/2 cup of any fruit of alternative
- In a small bowl, mix yogurt, milk, jam, and any mix-ins you select.
- Sprinkle granola or cereal in popsicle molds.
- Spoon yogurt combination into popsicle molds. Add extra granola or cereal on high for further crunch.
- Insert wood sicks into molds, or place on lids. Freeze for a minimum of Four hours till popsicles are strong.
- Popsicles will preserve within the freezer for as much as two weeks.
